One of the many advantages of attending AUA is that AUA Library subscribes to all your textbooks and access is provided 24×7. The library subscribes to LWW Premium Health Library, Elsevier ClinicalKey, PsychNet, and several individual titles. This gives you access to the most important collections of biomedical books, along with clinical knowledge bases and interactive anatomy programs, Q Banks, and more. When new editions are published, they are available immediately in these AUA resources.
At AUA, your readings for each course are linked to the syllabus for that course by the Library. In addition, the daily reading list for your classes is also linked in the syllabus, along with other assignments. The syllabus and other course information reside in the course management system – Blackboard.
As an AUA student, all library resources are available on and off campus, accessible to you whether on the island, on your clinical rotations, or at home anywhere in the world. Enjoy them and enhance your medical knowledge.
